Karra at Wash n Roll is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond every time I come through. Not only is the car wash always fast and spotless, but her friendly attitude and professionalism make the experience 10 times better. She truly cares about the customers and makes sure everything is right before you drive off. If you’re coming to Wash n Roll, look for Karra—she’s the best part of the whole place!

I was helped by John. He was Lovely, i was having a rough day and I feel like he could feel that protruding off of me. He deffinatley gained a new loyal customer. I was across the street at 5 guys and figured why not get my car washed today to remind me of better days of being a kid. And the whole experience from speaking with John up until I left it was such a lovely experience. So fast and easy I couldnt even enjoy it😉 He even took the time to greet me in my native language (Hawaiian) when he learned where i was from. That speaks volumes in his P.R. skills. So shiny Anyways give that dude a raise or I might have to hire him🙏💯🥰

Wash N Roll is not a reputable business. I strongly advise against visiting any of their locations, especially this one. There was no manager available and no contact information provided. They caused significant damage to my car's hood and asked me to leave. I hope you share this to prevent others from having a similar experience.

First time going to this car wash. There was someone right at the front helping me on my way. They informed me about the subscription every month, I declined. I didn’t want the hassle of my card being charged like I seen in the other reviews. A couple of workers helped me through and scrubbed my car before it went in very well. Only I didn’t know when exactly to put my vehicle in neutral. There isn’t a sign that says put it in neutral now. They had to tell me cause I was pushing the brake. Even on the way out of the car wash it never said go, it just pushed me out. A sign blinked go but not till after I was completely out of the wash. I had to turn my head as I drove to vacuum before I saw it flash to green and say go. I did my own vacuuming. And though the friendly staff gave me a pretty air freshener, there was no where to buy more, or those armor all wipes for the the car, window rags, nothing. Not one vending type of machine at all. There were no extra cleaning rags, windex, or anything cleaning tools at all, just the wash. I paid $10 for a basic one.
